A.Print on Demand (POD) is a service that allows us to create and ship custom products only when an order is placed. This means we don't hold inventory and can offer a wide variety of designs and products.
Q. How long does it take to get my order?
A. From the time you place your order, allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed, your artwork to be created and shipped from the facilities of Printful, they have warehouses in Dallas, Texas, Toronto, Canada, European locations in Riga, Latvia, Barcelona, Spain, and Birmingham, UK for the fullfilment.

Q. Is there a coupon code that I can use at checkout?
A. If there is a sale going on then the coupon code is published on our homepage. If you would like to join our email list you will receive advanced notice of special sales and previews of new art.
Q. Can I see a preview of my personalization?
A. Each personalization is uniquely adjusted by our designers to align perfectly, to look like a part of the image and is published as a part of the image. Since each personalization has an artist's touch, previews of your names are not available, however, sample personalizations can be viewed on each product page to give you an idea of the style and look of the personalized names.
Q. Can I customize the design on my product?
A. Yes! We offer customization options for many of our products. You can add names, initials, or custom text to make your item truly unique. Simply follow the customization instructions on the product page.
Q. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A. We strive for quality and accuracy, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Provide a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Q. Can I return my order if I don't like it?
A. There are no refunds on personalized art, however, If there is a defect in the workmanship or a personalization error made on the part of Viskas Gerai, your order will be promptly replaced at no additional charge.

A. Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping times and costs will vary based on the destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.
